It happens to be our current favorite pasta dish – AND chicken dish. It does double duty. Eddie has always been all about cajun seasoning and while it wasn’t exactly my cup of tea, this dish completely sold me. It’s SO simple. I mean, there are a few different components that go into the pot, and you have to cook the chicken first, then the veggies, and the pasta, but it can still come together in an hour or less.
